This journey has been truly special, but above all, we would like to thank you for the extraordinary kosher program and the incredible culinary experience you created for us.
In the past, we owned and operated a kosher restaurant and catering business in Basel. Because of that, we know firsthand how much work, planning, dedication, and attention to detail are required to provide high-quality kosher food. We also understand how challenging it is to organize such an operation on land.
What you have accomplished on a cruise ship, far away from any possibility of additional supplies or last-minute purchases, is nothing short of remarkable.
The cuisine was simply outstanding. Every meal reflected professionalism, creativity, and genuine care. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, the variety, and the extensive à la carte choices were truly above and beyond our expectations. Everything was fresh, delicious, elegant, and prepared with exceptional attention to detail.
We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the chefs, mashgichim, waiters, organizers, and everyone behind the scenes. Your hard work was visible in every meal and throughout every aspect of the cruise.
Beyond the food, we greatly appreciated the warm atmosphere, the beautiful spirit of the group, the prayers, the organization, and the feeling that every guest genuinely mattered.

Oui, nous servons tous les jours : un petit déjeuner, un déjeuner, un gouter et un diner. Les repas sont accompagnés d’eau minérale. Nos repas sont Glatt Cacher. Un jour d’escale, si vous êtes en visite et si vous ne revenez pas manger à midi, vous pourrez vous préparer un lunch box le matin au petit déjeuner. Un déjeuner est maintenu au restaurant pour ceux qui reviennent de leur visite.
