Yes, a comfortable room will be reserved as our synagogue throughout your cruise. A Sefer Torah is on board and shiurim are offered.
Shabbat takes place in the purest tradition, with an atmosphere of simcha and oneg, including Mincha, Kabbalat Shabbat, Shacharit service, Kiddush, and other religious services.
Before Shabbat, a steward will come to your cabin to:
- Bring you a pair of LED candles for candle lighting
- Lock your door so you can enter and exit without using your electronic key
A Shabbat elevator is available.
If you are Shomer Shabbat, you will not be able to go ashore as you must carry identification and pass through electronic gates.
The pools are shared with all passengers on the ship. Only the restaurant and the synagogue are privatized.
Included: sailing, accommodation, full board with mineral water, port taxes, access to entertainment and services (shows, casino, piano bar, gym, pools, water park, kids club...).
Not included: air transfers, Costa Service Hotel tax (adult 11 EUR/day, child 5 EUR/day), personal expenses.
There are 4 types of cabins:
- Interior cabin: economical and comfortable, ideal for children as it has no opening to the outside.
- Ocean view cabin: more spacious, with a porthole giving a direct view of the sea.
- Balcony cabin: offers a private outdoor space with an individual balcony (4 m2).
- Suite cabin: more comfortable, with a larger living area, a large balcony, and VIP service.
All cabins include: adjustable air conditioning, interactive flat-screen satellite TV, hair dryer, safe, steward, bed linen, bath linen changed daily, mini-bar and 24/7 room service (paid service).
Upon arrival at the Cruise Terminal, you will proceed to check-in. At the boarding counter, present your travel booklet or reservation number along with valid ID. Luggage is verified and delivered to your cabin. You will receive a key card for cabin access.
48 hours before disembarkation, you will receive color-coded labels in your cabin to attach to your luggage. Leave your luggage outside your cabin and it will be collected by staff. Settle your bill before leaving the ship.
Generally, the ship docks in the morning around 8:00 and departs around 19:00. Two options: paid guided excursions or independent shore trips. The return time to the ship must be strictly observed. The ship will not wait for you!

Yes. The company offers a free Kids Club service for children aged 3 to 11. A paid Baby Club may be available.
Note: a baby under 6 months is not allowed to board.
Your payment method on board is your cabin key card (magnetic card). You can load it with a credit card or cash.
A valid ID or passport with at least 6 months of validity during your time at sea is required, depending on the destination.
Yes, all ships have a laundry, dry cleaning and pressing service.
A cruise offers the comfort of visiting multiple destinations without changing hotels or carrying your luggage. The greatest advantage of a cruise is above all not having to worry about organization or anything from departure until your return!

A confirmation email will be sent to you.
On the day of booking: a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due 60 days before the departure date.
Fees: 2.5% for bank transfer outside Israel (Euro, Dollar). 2.5% for credit card (Euro/Dollar) - Amex 3.5%.

- More than 120 days before departure: 20% of total trip cost (minimum 100 EUR/person)

- 60 to 30 days before departure: 75%
- Less than 30 days or no-show: 100%
We strongly recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events. Taking out insurance is your responsibility.

Modern ships are equipped with ultra-sophisticated stabilizers and itineraries avoid the roughest zones to prevent large waves. Medication is available on board.

No. The cruise company does not allow a baby under 6 months to board. Boarding is only possible from 6 months of age.
Yes, but you must not be more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the cruise. A medical certificate stating the expected due date is required.
